1.1. We are Coffee Clubz (referred to as "Coffee Clubz," "we," "us," or "our").

What are These Terms and Conditions?

2.1. These terms and conditions (referred to as the "Coffee Clubz T&Cs") outline the provisions under which we offer subscription services and products, including our "Coffee Clubz Subscription" coffee service. These terms are obligatory for individuals subscribing to Coffee Clubz, and acceptance during the order process is required. To manage your Coffee Clubz Subscription, sign up for a Coffee Clubz Account.

Ordering Our Coffee Clubz Subscription

3.1. Eligibility: Coffee Clubz Subscription orders are accepted from individuals aged 18 or older with the legal capacity to enter a binding contract. Orders are limited to individuals in United Kingdom, not in violation of any agreements with us or our terms and conditions.

3.2. Redemption Locations: Coffee Clubz Subscription is valid only in Participating Cafés in the UK and cannot be redeemed in Excluded Cafés (as defined in clause 3.5 below).

3.3. Order Process: Submit an order through the Coffee Clubz Website by providing an email address and following the outlined procedure. A Coffee Clubz Account must be created, and the applicable terms and conditions agreed upon. Ensure accurate information before submitting the order.

3.4. Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase a Coffee Clubz Subscription. Acceptance occurs when we send a confirmation email. A legally binding contract is formed upon acceptance.

3.5. Excluded Cafés: Refer to the list of Excluded Cafés on our website. All other Coffee Clubz cafés in the United Kingdom are Participating Cafés. New locations may be added or taken away, and updates will be available on our website.

3.6. Non-Acceptance Reasons: If we cannot accept your order due to various reasons, including Subscription unavailability, resource limits, absence of a Coffee Clubz Account, or pricing errors, you will be notified by email, and no charges will apply.

Do Any Other Terms Apply?

4.1. These terms and conditions supplement other agreements, policies, and notices communicated by Coffee Clubz:

4.1.1. Our website terms of use. 4.1.2. Coffee Clubz Account terms and conditions. 4.1.3. Vouchers or promotional campaign terms. 4.1.4. Privacy Policy, detailing personal data processing.

Your Coffee Clubz Subscription

5.1. Upon ordering and paying monthly subscription fees, you can redeem Coffee Clubz Subscription benefits at Participating Cafés, including a fixed number of Eligible Drinks (dependent on retailer) per day and the Clubz Discount.

5.2. Subscription renewal occurs monthly. Access your Subscription benefits through the Coffee website using a QR code.

5.3. Keep your QR code confidential. Sharing is prohibited, and unauthorized use is your responsibility. Suspected breaches may lead to account suspension, investigation, and possible termination.

5.4. Subscription renews automatically. Redeemable in participating retailers.

5.5. Coffee Clubz Subscriptions are for private, non-commercial use. Eligibility checks may be conducted.

5.6. One Subscription per person. Duplicate Subscriptions may be terminated.

5.7. Re-registering after deletion constitutes a Duplicate Subscription.

5.8. Redeemed Products are for personal consumption only.

5.9. Subscriptions cannot be exchanged or refunded except as specified.

Coffee Clubz Subscription Products

Eligible Drinks

6.1. Redeem your Subscription for barista-made organic coffees, teas, hot chocolates, and other eligible drinks that may vary depending on participating retailers ("Eligible Drinks"). Additional Extras may incur extra fees.

6.2. Eligible Drinks are subject to availability and may change.

6.3. Due to health and safety, Eligible Drinks may not be redeemable in reusable cups at times.

Clubz Discount

6.4. Enjoy a fixed percentage Coffee Clubz discount on at participating locations.

6.4.1. Available seven days a week during café opening hours. 6.4.2. No frequency or total discount limits per subscription period. 6.4.3. Not applicable with other Vouchers, discounts, or promotions. 6.4.4. Excludes alcohol (where applicable) and carrier bags (in Scotland).

6.5. Consult our Allergen Guide for dietary requirements or allergies.

Subscription Fees

7.1. Monthly subscription fees (Dependent on location) will be charged using the selected payment method. Changes require 40 days' notice.

7.2. Discount or promotional codes may be offered. Vouchers are for one-time use and subject to specific terms.

7.3. Vouchers are redeemed via the Coffee Clubz Website.

7.4. Vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, only once per customer, and may not be combined.

7.5. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel Vouchers for any reason.

7.6. Campaigns have specific terms. Offers are redeemed automatically through the Website.

7.7. Campaigns may be cancelled or amended at our discretion.

7.8. Payment can be made with MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.

7.9. Recurring monthly fees will be charged automatically.

7.10.. Account management and updates are possible at coffeeclubz.com.

7.11. Payment failure requires resolution to avoid subscription suspension.

7.12. Changes to fees will be communicated 40 days in advance.

Pausing Your Coffee Clubz Subscription

8.1 You can cancel your Subscription at any time, effective from the next midnight for 31 days.

9. Cancelling Your Club Clubz Subscription

 

9.1 Cancellation: ** You can cancel at any time. Paid subscription cancellations are effective at the end of the subscription month with no refunds. Gift Subscriptions may not be cancelled.

 

9.2 How to Cancel: ** Use the manage account section on the Coffee Clubz website. If paused, contact Customer Service.

 

9.4 Cancellation Effect: ** Takes effect at the end of the month; no refund for the remaining days in the month.

 

 9.5 Right to Cancel: ** Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 allow cancellation within 14 days of the subscription start, not applicable to monthly renewals.

 

9.8 Refund: ** Reimbursement within 14 days of cancellation; the amount may be £0 if the subscription included a free month.

 

10. Managing Your Account

 

10.1 Features: ** Account info, subscription details, address/payment update, billing history check, and pause/cancel subscription.

 

11. Our Rights to End the Contract

 

11.1 Non-payment: ** Contract ends if no payment within 7 days of reminder.

 

11.2 Withdrawal: ** One-month notice for stopping Coffee Clubz Subscription.

 

11.3 Cancellation: ** For serious breaches, repeated breaches, or anti-social behaviour.

 

12. Problem Resolution

 

12.1 Contact: ** Reach out to Customer Service for questions or complaints.

 

13. Responsibility for Loss or Damage

 

13.1 Limitation: ** No limit on liability for certain cases, limited to subscription fees for others.

14. Gifting a Coffee Clubz Subscription

 

14.1 Gift Subscription: ** Purchase a subscription as a gift.
